All of our products are made to the highest standards and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided you start the returns process within 14 days of receipt of your order.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.
It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
Please ensure "Returned goods" is written on the parcel, to avoid any customs charges. Charli Kids is not responsible for any return custom charges made and may refuse to receive the parcel.
If you wish to return or exchange item(s) you have purchased, please visit our returns page, enter your order number and email address and complete the request. You will then receive an email informing you that we have received your return/exchange request and give you details of how to return your item(s).
You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping costs).For exchanges you will be issued a gift voucher (useable at charlikids.co.uk) for the full amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping costs).
Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined above.We strongly advise you use a trackable postal service or courier.
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our designs and will be happy to assess any item that is deemed faulty if purchased directly from Charli Kids online within the past 6 months. In the case of faulty goods we will refund the full amount paid by you (including shipping costs).
